The Signs

When It's Time to
Rethink Everything.

If any of these feel familiar, your site is holding your business back.

i.

Your site looks like 2014.

Stock carousels, tired typography, a navbar that never quite worked. Design styles shift every few years, and yours has drifted.

ii.

Mobile is a disaster.

Text spills, buttons get squished, users pinch and zoom to tap things. Over 60% of your visitors are on phones. They are not staying.

iii.

It takes forever to load.

Every second past three loses a third of your visitors. Bloated WordPress plugins, giant images, slow hosting. We fix all of it.

iv.

You hate sharing the URL.

If you are embarrassed to hand your site to a new prospect, so is every other potential customer looking you up. Confidence starts with pride.

The Transformation

From Forgotten
to Unforgettable.

What a redesign actually changes, measured on real small business sites we have rebuilt.

Load Time

8.4 seconds
1.2 sec

Under two seconds, every page, every time. Your visitors no longer leave before the hero image even renders.

Mobile Score

42 / 100
98 / 100

Google Lighthouse mobile score. The difference between burying you in search results and putting you on top of page one.

Bounce Rate

76%
34%

More than half the people who arrive now stay, scroll, read, and reach out. That is the redesign doing its job.

The Redesign Method

Your Website,
Reborn.

Four focused phases that turn a tired website into a modern, fast, conversion-ready asset.

1

Phase One

Audit

We pull performance data, run accessibility checks, and walk through the site like a first-time visitor. You see exactly what is broken and why it is losing you business.

2

Phase Two

Strategy

We rework your content, your structure, and the single most important question on every page: what do you want the visitor to do next. Clarity beats cleverness.

3

Phase Three

Redesign

Fresh visual identity, modern typography, intentional whitespace. Every pixel earns its place. You approve before we build, so there are zero surprises.

4

Phase Four

Relaunch

We migrate without breaking a single link. Your existing search rankings stay intact, your new site goes live, and we stick around to make sure nothing slips.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered straight.

Redesigning a website you depend on is a big decision. Here are the questions we hear most from small-business owners — and exactly how we think about them.

Most small-business redesigns land in the 4 to 8 week window from kickoff to launch. Simpler sites with ready content move faster; sites with custom integrations, heavy copywriting, or photography days take longer.

We agree to a launch window in writing before we start and flag any risk to the date the moment we see it. No surprise delays.

No — protecting your existing search equity is one of the first things we plan for. Before launch, we map every old URL to its new home, set up 301 redirects, preserve your meta data and heading structure, and submit an updated sitemap to Google on day one.

In most cases, traffic stays flat through the switch and starts climbing within a few weeks as the faster, cleaner site starts earning better rankings.

Small-business redesigns generally start at $4,500 CAD and scale up based on the number of pages, the depth of copywriting, photography needs, and any custom features (booking, e-commerce, integrations).

Every proposal is fixed-fee, itemised, and valid for thirty days. No hourly surprises, no change-order games — if the scope shifts, we price the change in writing before any work begins.

You don’t have to, but you’ll usually get the best result when we collaborate. We offer copywriting as an add-on — we interview you, write the site in your voice, and hand it back for approval before it ships.

For photography, we can arrange a local shoot, use your existing assets, or pull carefully licensed stock. We’ll recommend whichever route tells your story best.

Absolutely. Your domain stays yours — we never take ownership of it. For hosting, we’ll review what you’re on and either keep it (if it’s solid) or recommend a faster, cheaper option. Either way, you own the account.

We hand off documented access to everything: hosting, DNS, analytics, and any third-party services the site depends on.

For 30 days after launch, we fix any bugs in our code at no charge. Beyond that, ongoing care is optional: we offer monthly retainer plans that cover content updates, security patches, backups, and small tweaks.

If you’d rather manage the site yourself, that’s fine too — we build every site so non-technical owners can update the content without touching code.

Then we revise. The process is built around staged approvals: you see the direction in wireframes, again in visual design, and a final time before we hand it to development. Two full rounds of revisions are baked into every proposal.

We’d rather spend an extra week getting the design right than launch something you’re lukewarm about.

We’re based in Delta, BC and we love working with our neighbours — Ladner, Tsawwassen, Richmond, Surrey, North Delta, Tilbury. But we’ve shipped sites all across Canada and into the US. If you’re a small business that values craft and clarity, geography isn’t a barrier.
